Does “time heal”?
Not at all.
What does then?
Truth.
Because truth is what sets you free.
What else?
Courage.
Because you must have the strength
to acknowledge
what is wrong…
honestly,
and without excuses.
What else?
Facing the wound
instead of hiding it.
Because what you shelter and conceal
grows with time.
That is nursing it.
What else?
Doing something about it.
Healing is not passive.
And time alone is passive.
There is no waiting room
for you
to sit back
and wait to receive.
Healing requires a decision to forgive,
because unforgiveness
keeps healing away
and bitterness
becomes a root
that feeds dis‑ease.
Real action…
is facing the wound,
is acknowledging what is wrong,
and allowing truth to do its work.
It is decisive.
None of these actions
are passive.
